GDS and our response to COVID-19
After working from home during April, May and June, our Staff initially returned to work during July 2020 once we had set up our offices to follow safe and social distance working practices. At this present time however, most staff are back working from home again, but our phone system and remote working tools are allowing us to work from home in a way that should be transparent to most of our customers.
We are actively monitoring emails that may come in and we are using group chat software to co-ordinate our teams and allocate jobs that come in via email. All of our external services are operating at usual levels so we are doing all we can to the best of our abilities to support your businesses at this time.
We hope that all customers, past and present are keeping safe and well, and operating safely and mindful of the guidelines if at all possible. Government guidelines have said that Garages are seen as essential businesses and can be open to serve customers during any lockdown situations. We have many tools and features in our system for you to communicate with your customers during this time. These are available to all customers that require them.
